Emerald Raven Kennels will most likely be a small operation. As such, we will have fewer rules than a lot of the large kennels have, but it is still important to follow them.

0. You must not edit the artwork I send you! No resizing, no transparentizing, no cropping, etc!

1. You must have a webpage. It does *not* need to be a part of the NCC. However, some preferance will go to NCC members when puppies become available, whenever that may happen.

2. You have exactly 2 weeks to get your pup on a webpage and provide me with the address. If I am not given an address within that time, pups default to Emerald Raven, where I may end up keeping them or rehoming them.

3. I will only be operating pup litters through the NCC board. I do not check my email on nearly enough of a regular basis for something like this. Joining is free and as an additional bonus, others can see if someone else already applied for a pup.

4. I will "repo" (reposess) dogs if: your webpage disappears and I have no convenient way to find the new URL (aka: NCC profile/sig, you message me), *YOU* disappear (I try to contact you and get no response for 6 months), or you break rule number 0 or 1. NO TOLERANCE for breaking either of these rules!

4a. I will *not* repo: if you don't show the dog, if you stop being active in the NCC, or use the dog as a pet.

5. Additional rules may be added if deemed necessary. They will -always- have an 'effective' date and will not effect pups retroactively/previously adopted.
